As the weather warms up, so does the action in the tile world, with Cersaie 2019 just finished, seeing some great new releases hit the market.

Once again, Cotto d’Este had a big impact at Cersaie in Bologna unveiling its new collections, surfaces, thicknesses, and formats for increasingly ambitious architectural projects.

The undisputed king of the Cotto D’Este display this year was the new Lithos collection which introduced an all-new combination that brings together the texture of limestone and the elegant aesthetic of marble veining.

The collection represents extraordinary proof of Cotto d’Este’s ability to devise new and sensational finishes – six surfaces embellished with a variety of graphic effects that create a unique personality for each of them. Lithos is part of the PROTECT line of products: antimicrobial floor and wall tiles, designed for healthy, safe and protected living spaces.

Among the other collections on display at Cersaie was Pietra d’Iseo (which we’re big fans of at Tile Solutions) which recalls the typical stone of Lombardy, Ceppo di Gré.
